My Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I refer to the above Declaration made by the Dicastery For The Doctrine Of The Faith.
I am advising that we proceed as before, to the publication of the Declaration, in our Pastoral Care of the People of God entrusted to us including blessings as requested.
However, we would not be blessing the union of couples in irregular situations including same sex unions.
Notwithstanding I ask that we always exercise Pastoral Charity in our ministry to ALL people. As the document reminds us, “God causes the sun to rise and the rain to fall on the good and bad alike.”
Please be guided accordingly.
