On Sunday, January 23 2022, Fr. Collin Jackson was installed as the new parish priest by Bishop Gerard County for Corpus Christi Parish. Fr. Collin assumes this new role as founding parish priests, Fr. Peter Okonkwo and Fr. Boniface Ezeokeke departed the diocese towards the end of 2021.
The Mass included a celebration dance, and brief entertainment at the end.
There was also a special blessing by the Bishop as the Diocese celebrated its anniversary.
