The Catholic Community is being encouraged to volunteer toward assisting at shelters. Persons can give of their time and talent by volunteering to cook, clean, organize games and entertainment for the youth and the children or to simply lend a listening ear to those who may need it. Some of our displaced Catholics which include the St. Benedict’s Home, need persons to assist with the daily tasks. This is what it means to be called Christian.
